02How does my agent learn about my business?+
Start with your website or a description of your business. AIPhonez uses that information to build your agent. After calls, review transcripts, recordings, and summaries, then make changes in plain English. The agent does not rewrite its own instructions without your input.
03Can I keep my business number?+
Yes. Forward your existing business line to your AIPhonez number. Your carrier controls forwarding availability and fees.
04Can it transfer to a person?+
Yes. Add transfer destinations and tell your agent when to use them. It can pass calls to your team when a caller asks for a person or needs help beyond the agent’s instructions.
05Can I set a usage limit?+
Yes. Set daily and monthly limits and review phone and browser usage together. Limits help control new calls, but calls already running, delayed usage reports, and rounding can take the final bill above a limit. They are not a guaranteed invoice ceiling.
06Can I cancel without contacting support?+
Account owners can deactivate service or request account deletion from Settings. These actions release assigned phone numbers, so arrange a number transfer with Support first if you want to keep one. Existing usage and unpaid invoices remain payable.
